Where the driver waits
Alicante-Elche airport has a single terminal, and arrivals are on the ground floor. After collecting your luggage, walk through the exit doors into the arrivals hall: your driver waits there holding a sign with your name.
Before you land
- Before your trip we send you the driver’s name and phone number by WhatsApp or email.
- Switch your phone on after landing so the driver can reach you.
- Flights from outside the Schengen area, such as those from the UK, go through passport control, which can take longer at busy times. We track your flight, so there is no need to rush.
If you cannot see your driver
Stay in the arrivals hall. Call or message the driver’s number, or write to us on WhatsApp with your request number.
