What data we process
The details you give us in the request form or by WhatsApp, phone or email: name, email, phone number, flight details, pick-up or destination address, number of passengers, children’s ages and any comments you add.
What we use it for
- To answer your request and send you a price.
- To arrange the transfer if you confirm it and send you the driver’s details.
- To handle your questions and complaints.
We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before a contract (sending you a quote) and to perform the transfer contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we share it with
With the company or driver who carries out your transfer, and only the details they need: name, phone number, flight, address and number of passengers. Our web hosting provider (Timeweb) and our email provider also have access as data processors. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a booking are deleted automatically after 12 months. Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability by writing to legoseo91@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
